Assessment: 55 minutes

Comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment of mental health status. This evaluation includes a detailed history of mental health mental status examination and diagnosis of any mental health disorders. This evaluation includes a discussion of treatment options and recommendations for ongoing care. 

Individual Therapy: 55 minutes

Individual psychotherapy services which may include talk therapy, Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Somatic & Attachment-Focused EMDR, or other evidenced-based practices and interventions. Other various techniques may include EMDR Resourcing, Guided Imagery, relaxation and mindfulness exercises. 

Partner & Family Therapy: 45 minutes

Couples & Family psychotherapy services which may include talk therapy, Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Somatic & Attachment-Focused EMDR, Sensate Focus Sex Therapy, Gottman Therapy or other evidenced-based practices and interventions. 

Clinical Supervision:

Individual $100 - 60 minutes

Group $70 - 120 minutes
