"Destitutus ventis, remos adhibe" is a Latin proverb translating to "If the wind will not serve, take to the oars". Often attributed to the poet Virgil, it signifies that when ideal circumstances (wind) fail, one must rely on personal effort, initiative, and resilience (oars) to succeed.​

Our vision is to be a trusted and accessible mental health practice that supports both client well-being and clinician sustainability. Creating a community where mental health support is a fundamental right, not a privilege. We strive to create a future where everyone has the resources to flourish and to serve as a cornerstone of wellness in Northern Nevada.
