Alicia Arnold, LMFT
Owner - Clinical Director
Alicia is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and State of NV Primary and Secondary Clinical Supervisor. Alicia has a Bachelors degree in Human Services from University of Phoenix, and a Master of Arts in Counseling and Educational Psychology from the University of Nevada Reno.
Alicia began her journey working in the mental health field in 2009, and has worked with survivors of domestic violence, treatment level foster children and in residential, IOP and PHP eating disorder facilities. Alicia currently works with individuals, couples and families and has proficiency working with those who have experienced childhood abuse and neglect, complex trauma, chronic illness, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and those struggling with neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, Autism and OCD.
Alicia's therapeutic approach includes Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Gottman Therapy. Alicia strives to create a safe and calm atmosphere where everyone feels understood and empowered to heal and face their challenges.

Kathryn Padmos, LMFT
Direct Supervisor - Therapist
Kathryn is a licensed marriage and family therapist in the State of Nevada. She is trained in EMDR, and holds advanced training in addiction treatment and services. She works with individuals, families, and couples, helping them find meaning and purpose in life that can often feel lost amid tragedy, grief, depression, and anxiety.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Nevada, Reno. Her clinical experience includes facilitating groups focused on trauma education, sexual health, intimate partner violence, emotional regulation, chronic illness, anger management, and co-occurring disorders. She has extensive experience across multiple levels of care, including high-intensity residential treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and outpatient services.
She specializes in supporting individuals struggling with addiction as well as those navigating the many complexities of life. Kathryn’s therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to holistic healing. She fosters a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their challenges. She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship to promote resilience and growth, guiding clients toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Moyses Calderon, MFT-Intern
Therapist
Moyses received his Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno; a Master of Arts in School Counseling from the University of Nevada, Reno and he completed an extended education program in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2024. Moyses also worked with adolescent at-risk youth through the juvenile justice system in Washoe County, for over two decades. ​Moyses now works with couples, adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD. Moyses is bilingual in Spanish and English and bicultural. His main therapeutic approach includes Person Centered Therapy, Gottman Therapy and Mindfulness. He also has experience using Narrative Therapy. Moyses believes the power of healing comes from within and he welcomes the opportunity to be the individual that walks alongside you in your journey of healing. Moyses has immediate openings for telehealth and in-person sessions.

Daniella Myers, MFT-Intern

Daniella is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in Nevada. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Nevada, Reno. She enjoys working with a variety of clients, from teens to young adults, and couples. She believes in meeting each person where they are and tailoring interventions to their unique needs. Daniella's goal is to support you on your journey toward greater awareness, healing, and growth so that you can live a life full of meaning, joy, and health and looks forward to the opportunity to work together!"

Caroline Kampschroeder,CPC-Intern

Caroline is a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern in the State of Nevada. Caroline earned a bachelor’s degree in both psychology and criminal justice from the University of Nevada, Reno and her master’s degree in Global Trauma & Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver. Caroline is a dedicated therapist with a strong educational background in psychology and trauma-focused care. She brings a wealth of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings, including individual therapy, group work, and higher levels of care. Caroline has a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, grief, trauma, and mood-related challenges.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, drawing from several evidence-based frameworks to support each client’s unique journey. Caroline is trained in EMDR and integrates relational, humanistic, existential, and systems-oriented perspectives into her work. She aims to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences, make meaning, and build resilience.

Alyssa Abrego, CPC-Intern

Alyssa Abrego is a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern in Nevada who is dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. She knows how much courage it takes to seek help and views it as a true privilege to support her clients as they work toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. Alyssa is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and has experience working with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and significant life transitions, including changes in work and relationships. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR. She skillfully integrates these methods to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, shift limiting beliefs, and create meaningful change that aligns with their personal values. In addition to her work with adults, Alyssa is trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) and has a passion for working with children. She creates a safe, supportive environment where young clients can express themselves, build coping skills, and grow in confidence as they navigate school, friendships, and family life. Alyssa believes therapy requires both courage and commitment, but she also sees it as an incredibly rewarding process. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment that also offers gentle challenges helping her clients build resilience, develop healthier ways of coping, and feel genuinely understood.
